	Notice of Meeting Technical Committee Hong Kong Aikido Association The Technical Committee will meet on 16 May 2008 at 7 p.m. at Room 1113 of the HK Scouts Association HQ, Austin Road, Kowloon. The proposed agenda is as follows: a) Re-naming the Technical Committee. A copy of the discussion has been sent to Members of the Standing Committee. Other yudansha members who wish to have a copy please contact me at edmundwan@aikido.com.hk. b) Arrangement of duty instructors. c) System for handling applications for dan grade test. d) Special training for dan grade tests. All yudansha are cordially invited to attend the meeting. If there are items you would like to raise for discussion at the meeting, please let me know before 8 May 2008. 	Coming Grading Tests The next grading tests will be held on Saturday 7 June and Sunday 8 June. Time and place will be announced later. Members who wish to take the tests, please submit their applications and fees to Mr.?Raymond Lau or me direct, or via any duty instructors, before 26 May. For details on fees, application form and syllabus please CLICK HERE. Applications for dan grading test would be dealt with by the Technical Committee. Please contact me as early as possible.
